In anticipation of a new long-term project, I have developed a new form for recording Intensive Interaction and Rapport-Based Communication. This new form brings together the most used elements of the portrait orientation simple wallchart and the landscape formatted in-depth recording form.
The new form can record:
engagement using the QCA scale - separate rows for best moment and average levels
rapport using the adapted Leuvan scale
qualitative information - what worked well, highlights, “what did I learn”
