Rapport-Based Communication

Course delivered by Video Conferencing

Book here (Concept Training)

" It was brilliant: relevant, practical and encouraging. The trainer Matthew Laurie was knowledgeable and experienced. The training itself was dynamic and interesting. It helped me see how I communicate with students from a different perspective and certainly has helped me become more efficient. The training was only 2 hours but I would`ve happily spent more time learning about Rapport Based communication. I strongly recommend to anyone working directly with students. Honestly, really good!"
