Course delivered by Video Conferencing

Book here (Concept Training)

Have you ever been involved in a difficult conversation at work or at home?

Have you ever felt that other people are not listening to what you need?

Have you ever taken something that someone said personally and responded defensively?

Difficult conversations are common in both work and family relationships and being involved in such conflict can be very challenging and tiring. - Family members who would like to understand how to resolve arguments and differences.
